It is here, in the sacred place of memory, that the temporary exhibition "Hero's Uniform" will operate from July 26 to August 31, 2025. Visitors will watch historical artifacts from the funds of local history museums of Minsk region, recreating the atmosphere of those harsh and heroic years.
The central exhibits are two mannequins in full combat gear - an infantryman and a tank crewman of the Red Army. These figures are like living images of those who fought to the last for our lives and freedom. The exposition presents a pre-war flight uniform, a pilot's tunic and helmet lining, and a tank uniform of the 1944 model.
Visitors will watch the military jacket of Hero of the Soviet Union Andrei Volynets and the tunic of partisan Alexander Zbignev.
Each showpiece is a part of great history. These are not just uniforms and overcoats, they are the memory of courage, heroism, and faith in Victory. The artifacts presented at the exhibition make us feel the price of freedom that we have today thanks to the heroism of our heroes.
Venue: pavilion of the memorial complex "Mound of Glory". Free admission.
We invite everyone to visit the exhibition “Hero’s Uniform” and pay tribute to the memory of those who defended Belarus and the whole world from Nazism.
