

On the eve of the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People, a delegation of the CSTO Joint Headquarters arrived in Belarus to participate in memorial events.

On June 22, the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People, memorial complex “Khatyn” became the center of solemn and mourning events. At 12:00, the All-Belarusian Minute of Silence was held here - a sacred moment of unity and sorrow at the Eternal Flame.
84 years ago, Belarus was the first to bear the brunt of the fascist invaders. Our land became a symbol of courage and, at the same time, of unimaginable suffering.
On June 8, 2025, Kaliningrad region governor Alexey Besprozvannykh visited memorial complex “Khatyn” as part of his visit to Belarus. He arrived here with a delegation from Russian region a few hours after landing.
On June 14 and 15, memorial complex "Mound of Glory" invites guests to unique exhibitions prepared by Kopyl, Volozhin, Dzerzhinsk and Kletsk districts.
This national campaign is intended to popularize domestic tourism and open up the full range of tourist opportunities to Belarusians and guests of the country.
